A dataset of topsoil organic carbon density for agricultural ecosystem field stations of Chinese Ecosystem Research Network (2005-2015)

This dataset calculated the topsoil organic carbon density of ecological stations covering main agricultural ecosystems in China from 2005 to 2015 based on the measured data of physical and chemical properties of topsoil from 19 China Ecosystem Research Network (CERN) ecological stations covering different agricultural ecosystems, and combined with the estimation model of organic carbon. It will be the basis of estimating more accurately the soil organic carbon storage and studying its spatial distribution characteristics of farmland in China.
