Dataset for The Impact of Dark Patterns on Perceived Customer Manipulation: Evidence from an Indonesian E-Commerce Platform

This repository contains the anonymized dataset used in the study entitled "The Impact of Dark Patterns on Perceived Customer Manipulation: Evidence from an Indonesian E-Commerce Platform." The dataset consists of 402 valid responses collected through an online questionnaire using purposive sampling between May and July 2026. All personally identifiable information has been removed prior to publication. The measurement model consists of 27 measurement dimensions represented by 81 observed indicators measured using a five-point Likert scale.
