Supplementary Code, Data, and Workflow for the PARP1 Activity Predictor

This repository contains the supplementary files supporting the study entitled “PARP1 Activity Predictor: A Machine Learning Web Platform for Reliable Identification of PARP1 Inhibitors”. The deposited files include the curated PARP1 dataset, training, internal test and external validation subsets, as well as the supplementary machine learning workflow appendix used for model development, validation, interpretability analysis, and platform deployment.
