This study utilises global geostationary satellite thermal infrared channel brightness temperature data assembled from the Gridded Satellite (GridSat-B1) project. Employing the single-layer cloud retrieval model small attention-UNet (CloudSmaAtUNet) within the DaYu CLoud Analysis System (DaYu-CLAS), we have retrieved the first set of all-day Global Cloud physical properties Products (GCP) featuring a temporal resolution of 3 hours, spatial resolution of 0.07°, covering all regions from -70° to 70° and -180° to 180°, and a temporal span of 23 years (2000–2022). We named this dataset as the DaYu-GCP. The DaYu-GCP is retrieved using infrared brightness temperatures at 6.7 µm and 11 µm.
