Comparative analysis of the fecal microbiota using from different species of Wild birds

Understanding the connections between birds, carriers, zoonotic infections, and the urban environment is crucial in light of rising industrialization and the advent of zoonoses. Identification of the gut microbiome may provide information on the annual biological course of species, particularly those that harbour pathogenic or zoonotic microbes. The fecal microbiome of migratory birds in three distinct areas was examined in this study. Here, numerous Wi-Fi Miniature Digital Cameras were installed at three different sites throughout Chattogram city, Bangladesh, to identify microbial communities and the diversification of gut microbiotas from various bird species using 16S rRNA gene sequencing.
