Gated food–outcome pair list for a Portuguese dietary Comparative Risk Assessment umbrella review

Complete list of the 65 food–outcome pairs (13 food groups × 5 disease endpoints) evaluated for extraction in an umbrella review of dose-response associations between diet and non-communicable disease, conducted to parameterise a Comparative Risk Assessment model for Portugal. Each pair is classified as Tier A (primary parameter, 38 pairs), Tier B (sensitivity analysis only, 12 pairs) or excluded as a knowledge gap (15 pairs), with the qualifying route and grading source recorded. This list was fixed prior to screening and is deposited as the pre-registered gating decision, referenced in the PROSPERO protocol [CRD number].
