资源简介:
The
dataset contains the results of an experimental and modelling study to
investigate the resilience of soils sampled from different land-uses to
repeated drying and rewetting disturbances. Soils were sampled from the arable,
grass, arable to grass reversion, grass to arable reversion and fallow plots of
the Highfield long term experiment at Rothamsted Research, Harpenden, UK. They
were then subjected to prescribed and controlled repeated drying and rewetting stresses.
Prior to disturbance and after 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 12 drying and rewetting cycles
barley shoot powder (5 mg) was added to the 0.5g soil samples and the
respiration response observed at 6 min resolution. This dataset contains the
raw respiration data from the soil samples as well as model parameters of a
model fitted to these respiration profiles in order to characterise their
response shape.
