Performed RNASeq analysis comparing A. tumefaciens C58 (fabrum) harboring a plasmid driving ectopic expression of mirA regulator gene (ATU_RS08050) from Plac promoter with the isogenic strain haboring the same plasmid with no mirA (Vector control) Triplicate cultures of the two A. tumefaciens derivatives were grown in two mL minimal medium (ATGN) in the presence of 500 mM IPTG and 300 μg/mL to an optical density at 600 nm (OD600) of ~0.6, and total RNA was extracted for RNA Seq analysis.
