Dataset for testing the sed_scores_eval package. The sed_scores_eval package provides functionalities to evaluate Sound Event Detection (SED) systems using several metrics, notably the novel computation of the exact PSDS metric. Currently, the `eval` and `validation` both refer to the validation set of the DESED database. The `ground_truth.tsv` file is adapted from `DESED/metadata/validation/validation.tsv`, the score files are copied from the DCASE 2024 task 4 checkpoint files: https://zenodo.org/records/11280943 `metrics_test/student/scenario1/scores`
