Chemical, mineralogical and petrophysical data collected using samples taken from Cannington Mine, Queensland, Australia. Chemical data are presented as element maps and red-green-blue composites showing spatial variations in three elements. Mineralogical data are automated mineralogy derived maps classified using a bespoke library shown as maps and modal abundances. Mineralogical estimates for abundance of spectrally active minerals are given as well as sample chemistry measured with portable XRF. Petrophysical data include anisotropy of magnetic susceptibility, bulk susceptibility, remanence, conductivity, radiometrics and density. Petrophysical and mineralogical measurements are carried out on the same 25 mm diameter 30 mm long core samples.
