Clinical data-IgA Nephropathy

Immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgA nephropathy, IgAN) is the most common primary glomerular disease worldwide. Currently, the optimized immunosuppressive regimens for patients at moderate to high risk still need to be explored. Telitacicept is a recombinant TACI-Fc fusion protein that can simultaneously neutralize BLyS/BAFF and APRIL, inhibiting B cell differentiation into plasma cells that produce pathogenic Gd-IgA1. This study aims to compare the short-term efficacy of the Telitacicept combined with glucocorticoid/immunosuppressant regimen versus the traditional immunosuppressant regimen (using glucocorticoid/immunosuppressant alone) in the treatment of IgAN in the real world.
