High-Resolution 3D ULTRA Dataset of Brain Gliomas

This dataset contains high-resolution three-dimensional (3D) virtual hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) histology images generated from volumetric stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) lipid-channel images using the ULTRA pipeline. The dataset includes representative images from the three major glioma subtypes: oligodendroglioma, astrocytoma, and glioblastoma. The images were acquired with a lateral pixel size of 0.414 μm/pixel over a depth of 1 mm with a z-step size of 1 μm and are provided as individual TIFF files. This dataset provides the representative 3D virtual H&E images associated with the analyses presented in the accompanying publication.
