Advances in the Research of Quality Management System of Dairy Enterprises

As the global economy enters a new stage, Chinese dairy enterprises are gradually moving towards the road of internationalization. In this paper, the internationally common quality management system, food safety system and quality traceability system were analyzed and studied to promote the comprehensive transformation and upgrading of dairy industry and broaden the development road with the help of systematic construction.
