Each folder contains the count matrix and cell/gene annotation from a sparse matrix of UMI counts, in the format produced by the CellRanger software suite (matrix.mtx.gz,barcodes.tsv.gz, genes.tsv.gz), and 1 metadata file (meta_data.tsv.gz) for each cell, for example, cell type, sample id, or TNSE/UMAP coordinates.
