FAIRE-seq and RNA-seq of Bombyx mori silkglands and BmE cells

Here, we performed Formaldehyde Assisted Isolation of Regulatory Elements (FAIRE) associated with high-throughput sequencing and RNA-seq using the silk glands of third-day fifth-instar silkworm larvae and embryo-derived BmE cells. Our aim is to obtain nucleosome-depleted open chromatin regions and regulatory motifs in the genome wide.
