Raw data for "LSU family members and NBR1 role in catalase and peroxisome homeostasis in Arabidopsis thaliana"

This dataset contains raw data generated in the study titled "LSU family members and NBR1 are novel factors that contribute to homeostasis of catalases and peroxisomes in Arabidopsis thaliana" (DOI: 10.1038/s41598-024-76862-4). The study explores the roles of LSU proteins and the autophagy receptor NBR1 in maintaining catalase levels and peroxisomal homeostasis under different stress conditions in Arabidopsis thaliana.

The dataset includes:

·        Microscopy images related to peroxisome and catalase localization

·        Numerical analysis of data from microscopy images

·        Raw quantitative data from catalase quantity and activity assays

·        Western blot data assessing protein levels

·        Additional supplementary raw data supporting the conclusions.
