The PRV str. Becker genome (GenBank JF797219.1) was cloned as a BAC using the pBLueLox plasmid generating the BAC pBecker2 that produces the vBecker2 virus by transfection. In this way were build BAC90 and BAC70. These BACs are used for the construction of recombinant viruses, and for the production of virus-free amplicons. So, it would be very useful to know their sequences to use then in forthcoming experiments, since until now the production of amplicons is made using helper viruses
