The research aimed to explore influence of different organic fertilizer and concentrations on citrus seedling growth, soil mineral nutrition, enzyme activity and soil microbial community structure. The biological indication function of soil microbiological characteristics to soil fertility were elucidated. To reveal the key environmental factors affecting yield and microbiological characteristics of Orah, and to provide scientific application of organic fertilizer for improving citrus quality.
