We aimed to analyze the effects of chemoimmunotherapy on peripheral blood T cell clonotypes in HER2-negative breast cancer patients. Overall design: CD8+ T cells and regulatory T cells were sorted from PBMCs using a FACS Aria II cell sorter. Sequencing libraries were prepared using the SMARTer Human TCR a/b Profiling Kit.
