Anopheles stephensi Transcriptome or Gene expression

we hypothesized that significant increases in gene expression variation can occur in mosquitoes infected by drug-resistant Plasmodium.yoelii (compared with drug-sensitive parasites). In order to test this hypothesis, we conducted a genome-wide transcriptomic profile analysis of Anopheles stephensi following infection of rats with drug-resistant and drug-sensitive Plasmodium yoelii strains.
