The long non-coding RNA and mRNA expression patterns of kiwifruits with different treatments or under distinct storage conditions were analyzed and compared by using fresh harvested fruit as control. Our results will extend knowledge to understand the regulation mechanism of lncRNAs in kiwifruit ripening and softening.
