Columns are organized as follows: Residue number with present amino acid. CL stands for cluster with smallest RMSD (in Å); clusters are taken from [41]. MC stands for most common mutagenic amino acid substitutions in the cluster. P stands for preceding, A stands for adjacent and F stands for following fragment. Closed (c) and open (o) denotes the state where flattening point is observed. A,B,C denotes the monomer of spike protein.
