Fungal communities in soybean cyst nematode affected by soybean-corn rotation

The objective of this study was to characterize the key fungal taxonomic and functional groups associated with the novel microenvironment of the SCN cyst using a high-throughput metabarcoding approach and to understand the influence of soybean-corn crop rotations and seasonability on these communities.
