Food Enzyme Database allows searching and collection of information originating from many different sources in one centralized portal. Queries can be performed using key information types, which include information on the producing company, production source (strain type, genetically modified microorganism status), type of enzyme protein and evaluation status with employed evaluation criteria.食品酶数据库（Food Enzyme Database）可在单一中心化门户中，检索并收集源自多种不同来源的信息。用户可通过多种关键信息类型发起查询，查询维度涵盖生产企业信息、生产来源信息（菌株类型、转基因微生物状态）、酶蛋白类型，以及采用对应评估标准的评测状态。
