RNA-seq analysis of CARIP knockout mice

CARIP is a lncRNA highly expressed in mouse brain. In order to better understand functions of the lncRNA, we performed RNA-seq analysis on three types of brain tissues of CARIP-/- (KO) and wild type (WT) mice, and profiled differentially expressed genes between the two groups. A total of 7 samples from CARIP KO mice were analyzed, including 3 cerebellar, 2 cerebral and 2 hippocampal samples. Correspondingly, 7 WT samples were used as control.
