Brain abscess: clinical, radiological and microbiological data for a retrospective UK cohort

These files are the supporting metadata for a retrospective analysis of a clinical cohort of adults with a diagnosis of bacterial brain abscess at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, in the UK. The study was locally approved as a clinical audit. The xls file contains the clinical metadata reported by our study.
