Project Data: Generation of de novo miRNAs from template switching during DNA replication

This file contains all the project's data on template-switching origin of the microRNAs. The file TSMs_in_miRNA_project.tar.gz contains an .ipynb file, which is a Jupyter notebook containing all the information on how files are created, how to run scripts and what the files are. In addition, the file contains three directories: data, results and scripts for starting data, results and all the project code.
