该数据集为杭州市第一人民医院在 2016–2025 年乳腺肿瘤筛查与诊断相关临床研究中形成的自动乳腺容积超声（ABUS）多模态影像数据集。例同时配套有人口学特征（年龄、身高、体重、初潮年龄、绝经状态等）、乳腺疾病相关危险因素（乳腺活检史、家族史、激素替代治疗史）、临床体征，以及详细的影像学特征标注信息，包括双侧乳腺病灶数目、BI-RADS 分级、病灶位置、形态、生长方式、回声特征、钙化、结构扭曲、导管改变、血供类型、弹性成像表现、冠状面特征征象等。同时，数据集包含活检信息、病理结果（良恶性、高危类型、病理学分级）及免疫组化指标（ER、PR、HER2），并辅以长期随访结果（CRF 表格）。数据集经脱敏和标准化处理，可作为人工智能模型开发与验证的重要数据基础，支持乳腺超声辅助诊断、多模态影像特征学习、病灶识别与风险分层算法优化，以及影像组学研究，推动乳腺疾病精准筛查与智能诊疗应用。

This is a multi-modal automated breast volume ultrasound (ABUS) imaging dataset derived from clinical studies on breast tumor screening and diagnosis conducted at Hangzhou First People's Hospital between 2016 and 2025. Each case in the dataset is accompanied by demographic characteristics (age, height, weight, age at menarche, menopausal status, etc.), breast disease-related risk factors (breast biopsy history, family history, hormone replacement therapy history), clinical signs, and detailed annotated imaging features, including the number of bilateral breast lesions, BI-RADS classification, lesion location, morphology, growth pattern, echogenic characteristics, calcification, architectural distortion, ductal changes, blood supply type, elastography findings, characteristic signs on coronal planes, and others. Additionally, the dataset contains biopsy information, pathological results (benign/malignant status, high-risk subtypes, pathological grade), immunohistochemical markers (ER, PR, HER2), as well as long-term follow-up results in the form of CRF tables. This dataset has undergone de-identification and standardization processing, serving as a critical data foundation for the development and validation of artificial intelligence models. It supports breast ultrasound-assisted diagnosis, multi-modal imaging feature learning, lesion recognition and risk stratification algorithm optimization, and radiomics research, and promotes precise breast disease screening and intelligent diagnosis and treatment applications.
