The goal of this experiment was to identify differentially expressed genes in response to 24h TLR2 activation from BMDMs from WT (JAX 000664) or IL-10 KO ( JAX 002251) Two biological replicates per group. Bone marrow was differentiated for 8 days with MCSF before 24h TLR2 activation with PamCSK4. Samples were harvested eith trizol and extracted with combination Trizol/RNAeasy kit for RNA isolation.
