3D brain atlas of the lungfish Protopterus annectens, including the MRI raw data in Bruker format.

The MRI data and ROIs should be viewed using ImageJ software (https://imagej.net/ij/) with the MRIManager plugin (https://imagej.net/ij/plugins/mri-file-manager/index.html).

The segmentation of the brain (Segmentation Protopterus.nrrd) should be viewed together with the MRI model (Protopterus MRI model.nii) using the Slicer software (https://www.slicer.org).
