Data and code for "Documentary operationalisation of research training in European Clinical Pharmacology: a graded pattern across current national training documents" (Peralta G, Alonso B, Sánchez-Santiago B; IDIVAL, Santander, Spain). The archive contains the consensus coding of the 20 current national Clinical Pharmacology training documents on seven research-relevant dimensions, the independent dual-coder records (140 cells), the per-cell evidence log with the verbatim supporting clause and its working translation, the manifest of the sources and of the UEMS repository entries, the programme-structure table with its verbatim evidence (691 rows), the documentary-level and text-length table, and the Python scripts that reproduce the operationalisation index, Sarle's bimodality coefficient, Cohen's kappa, the sensitivity analyses, the descriptive programme-structure comparisons and Figures 1-3, together with the expected output for verification (README.md describes every file and the reproduction test). Version 1.1 (September 2026, revised after peer review) adds programme_structure.csv, programme_structure_evidence.csv and document_level.csv; the four-dimension specification without D6, the index without Germany, the two-component description and the text-length analyses in compute_indices.py; and moves the coding heat map from the supplement to the main text as Figure 3.
