This dataset was generated during renal cell carcinoma (RCC) diagnosis, treatment and research activities at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine, and serves as a comprehensive digital mapping of Professor Ding Guoqing's clinical strategies for RCC management. The dataset covers comprehensive multimodal medical data, including diagnosis records, surgical records, chemoradiotherapy documents, imaging examination reports and clinical notes. Its data formats include disease descriptions, medical imaging reports, structured treatment information and clinical data, and it is specially designed for training Professor Ding Guoqing's RCC AI Agent. The supported application scenarios span the entire RCC care workflow, including screening, treatment plan recommendation, prognosis evaluation, postoperative renal function monitoring and recurrence management. This dataset enables the AI Agent to automatically analyze pathological subtypes, predict surgical risks, assist in formulating optimal surgical regimens, and help improve the early diagnosis rate of RCC, maximize renal function preservation and enhance the long-term survival prognosis of patients.
