The number of base substitutions per site from averaging over all sequence pairs within each group are shown. Analyses were conducted using the Kimura 2-parameter model. This analysis involved 36 nucleotide sequences. Codon positions included were 1st+2nd+3rd+noncoding. All ambiguous positions were removed for each sequence pair (pairwise deletion option). There were 1025 positions in the final dataset. Evolutionary analyses were conducted in MEGA11. The presence of n/c in the results denotes cases in which it was not possible to estimate evolutionary distances. SE—standard error.
