Data from "Cholinergic interneurons mediate cocaine extinction in male mice through plasticity across medium spiny neuron subtypes."

Contains data and Matlab (and some R) code used to generate main figures for Fleming et al. 2022. figure_scripts contains a separate matlab script for each main figure in the paper. analysis_code contains all necessary matlab functions (most custom) to run figure scripts. data is organized by behavior, ephys, and photometry data. r_stats contains R scripts for analysis outside of Matlab. Paper uses these R analysis for most everything except simple statistical tests, but matlab functions will often run LMERs, etc. also. once data is downloaded, references to data directories in analysis code in matlab and R will need to be changed to your directory (replacing instances of /Volumes/witten/Paper_Code/Fleming_CellReports_2022/).
