Opposing effects of T3 and IGF-1 on proliferation of fetal CMCs: Does FOXO1 play a role?

This study aims to determine the influence of thyroid hormone and IGF-1 on each other in the late-term fetal ovine heart. We propose that FOXO1 is an important mediator of the opposing actions of each hormone's influence on MAPK and AKT pathways and how it affects cardiomyocyte proliferation.These are Supplemental Tables S1-S4.
