In our project, we generated about 17.77 Gb bases in total on BGISEQ-500 sequencing platform. After assembling all samples together and filtering the abundance, we got 96,255 Unigenes, the total length, average length, N50, and GC content of Unigenes are 78,894,974 bp,819 bp,1,336 bp and 39.82% respectively. And then annotate Unigenes by aligning with 7 functional databases, finally, 52,237 (NR:54.27%) , 57,829 (NT:60.08%) , 35,894 (Swissprot:37.29%) , 42,663 (KOG:44.32%) , 38,948 (KEGG:40.46%) , 36,109(GO:37.51%) , and 46,211 (InterPro:48.01%) Unigenes are annotated. For functional annotation results, we detected 42,602 CDS by Transdecoder. We also detected 8,826 SSR distributed on 7,725 Unigenes, and predicted 1,670 Transcription Factor ( TF ) coding Unigenes.
