Reproducibility package (public subset) - cross-solver FE mesh conversion paper
收藏资源简介:
Reproducibility package (public subset) — cross‑solver FE mesh conversion benchmark This record archives the publicly shareable subset of benchmark inputs and the corresponding derived artefacts used in the paper: Cross-solver finite-element mesh conversion via a neutral hierarchical intermediate representation: Abaqus, ANSYS Mechanical, MSC NASTRAN, and Z88 The benchmark evaluates runtime and mesh‑fidelity when converting mesh-level structural FE models across the following solver ecosystems/formats: Abaqus (.inp) ANSYS Mechanical / MAPDL (CDB) MSC NASTRAN (.bdf) Z88 (Z88i1.txt,...) The workflow uses a neutral hierarchical intermediate representation (HIR) and a canonicalised Z88‑based pivot to enable solver‑agnostic comparisons. What this archive enables Reproduce / verify the tables and metrics reported in the paper (runtime + fidelity metrics). Inspect per‑model converted decks (where redistribution is permitted). Inspect deterministic parser/writer “change reports” documenting normalisations and modifications required by each target format. Model availability and redistribution scope The full benchmark in the paper comprises 23 models. This record contains only the subset that can be redistributed on Zenodo under the original third‑party terms. Models are organised by the paper’s #<id> scheme. Input decks redistributed in inputs_public/: #11, #12, #13, #15, #16, #17, #18, #21, #22, #23 Some additional “publicly obtainable” examples may be fetch‑only (not re‑hosted here); see provenance and terms. Proprietary / non‑redistributable models are not included as input decks and are not provided as derived geometry/mesh copies. Where needed for completeness, only non‑sensitive derived artefacts (e.g., anonymised/redacted change reports and aggregated metrics) are included. Please see licences/THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md for per‑model provenance and licensing/terms. Repository layout (high level) inputs_public/Redistributed benchmark input decks (organised by paper model ID) plus the benchmark inventory. paper_results/Exported results used in the paper (CSV tables for summary metrics and raw timing logs). paper_outputs/Converted solver decks and writer change reports. For non‑redistributable cases, outputs may be redacted and contain no mesh/geometry, while preserving diagnostic change reports. json_ref/Canonicalised artefacts for solver‑agnostic comparisons (public/redistributable models): Z88 pivot files + model.json and associated change reports. json_roundtrip/Canonicalised artefacts for round‑trip / cross‑solver comparisons (public/redistributable models), organised per source solver. licences/Third‑party notices and provenance information. CHECKSUMS.sha256SHA‑256 checksums for integrity verification. Licencing Third‑party input decks remain under their original licenses/terms (see licences/THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md).If you reuse any redistributed third‑party content, please comply with those upstream terms.
