Bulk RNAseq data from young and old hippocampal neurons

Aging is a multi-factorial biological process resulting in physiological and cellular decline. However, our understanding of age-related transcriptional changes in the context of external interventions remains limited. Here we describe changes in the transcriptomic landscape upon aging, utilizing the bulk RNAseq analyses in hippocampal neurons. Furthermore, we assessed the effect of exposure to environmental stimulation (ES) in the modulation of such transcriptional landscape.
