Estimation of the WTP for consumers not connected to fixed and mobile Internet service

This respository contains the datasets and do files used to estimate the willingness to pay (WTP) of consumers not connected to fixed and mobile internet access services in Peru
for the years 2013, 2019, and 2023, using interval regression estimated with data from the Residential Survey of Telecommunications Services (ERESTEL).
The WTP estimation is performed both nationally and by geographic areas of Peru to capture differentiated effects.
