Digital Archive from a Programme of Archaeological Works at HMP Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, 2018-2019

This collection comprises site photographs, site records, geophysical data and raster plots of geophysical data from multiple archaeological works at HMP Wellingborough. Work was carried out by MOLA (Museum of London Archaeology) between June 2018 and November 2019. The works demonstrated the presence of seven ditches, two pits and eight furrows. Dateable material found in the evaluation indicates that part of a middle to late Iron Age settlement, comprised a roundhouse and a boundary ditch, across the eastern area.
