Search databases for local installations of StructMAn, which have no local PDB mirror and no AlphaFold model databases. Downloaded by structman update fetch_data; manifest.json lists the files with their sha256. pdb_assemblies.fasta.gz: MMseqs2 search FASTA of the PDB biological assemblies (source of 2026-10-13) pdb_assemblies_foldseek_db.tar.zst: foldseek DB of the PDB biological assemblies, without index (source of 2026-10-19) afdb_ebi.fasta.gz: MMseqs2 search FASTA of the AlphaFold DB monomers served by the EBI (source of 2026-10-15) Derived from the biological assemblies of the RCSB Protein Data Bank (CC0) and from the AlphaFold Protein Structure Database (CC-BY 4.0; Jumper et al. 2021, Nature 596:583; Varadi et al. 2024, Nucleic Acids Res. 52:D368).
