SQLite3 databases of candidate marker loci from ddRADseq in Quercus suber, Quercus ilex and their hybrids

The dataset contatins four SQLite3 databases of candidate marker loci from ddRADseq in <em>Quercus suber</em>, <em>Quercus ilex </em>and their hybrids, corresponding to the data collected for the four filtering/imputation scenarios considered in the manuscript "ddRAD sequencing-based identification of species genomic boundaries and permeability in <em>Quercus ilex</em> and <em>Q. suber</em> hybrids" submitted to Frontiers in Plant Sciences.
