Composition of mammal assemblages and multi-scale environmental variables in the Guadiamar basin

Monitoring of 13 species at six-month intervals during two years in order to describe spatial variation in the composition of the mammal assemblage. The dataset includes species occurrence in 400-ha sampling plots, measurements of vegetation cover at the microhabitat scale, proxies of human disturbance, and aggregate indices of land use composition in the landscape within and around sampling plots.
