Orthophoto imagery 2006

The City's orthophoto coverage includes the City, UBC, and the University Endowment Lands and parts of Richmond, the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and the North Shore. As such, it exceeds the area defined by the City's facet grid (see Facet grid boundaries dataset).The 2006 orthophotos are very high quality 10 cm pixel resolution. Data accessOrthophotos are only available to download directly from our FTP site. Data currencyThis imagery is captured at one point in time and is current as of that date but it does not change. The 2006 orthophotos were captured on April 5 and 27, 2006 Data accuracyImagery is accurate as of the date it was taken although colours may or may not be exactly as occurred on that day as colours change from moment to moment due to sun and cloud cover.
