资源简介:
We are developing SSL-XIoMT, a secure, scalable, and lightweight systemdesigned to address the critical challenge of secure cross-domain data sharing in theInternet of Medical Things (IoMT). Recognizing the limitations of traditional methodssuch as CP-ABE, Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI), and Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs)in terms of scalability and integration, we aimed to create a solution that enhances bothsecurity and efficiency. We integrated SSI and ZKPs within a consortium Hyperledger framework toenable privacy-preserving identity verification. By incorporating advanced protocolslike ZK-STARK and Plonk, we enhanced the system's ability to verify identitiesanonymously and securely across different healthcare domains. To further optimize thesystem, we improved CP-ABE by offloading computationally intensive tasks to fognodes. This approach allowed us to pre-compute attributes and logical operations, reducing computational overhead and significantly improving performance.Through rigorous testing and evaluation, we successfully demonstrated thatSSL-XIoMT outperforms traditional methods. Our system achieved 2 to 4 times fasterCP-ABE encryption and decryption speeds, showcasing its ability to handle largedatasets more efficiently. Additionally, we developed a hybrid ZKP-based authentication mechanism that reduced processing times by 50% to 100% whencompared to standalone implementations of ZK-SNARK or ZK-STARK.By conducting comprehensive throughput assessments, we validated thescalability of SSL-XIoMT, confirming its effectiveness in supporting large-scale,cross-domain data sharing. This project not only enhances privacy protection but alsoensures seamless data exchange between healthcare organizations, paving the way forimproved interoperability and data security in IoMT environments.
