资源简介:
In this study we use ovis aries as a comparative model The objective of the study was to compared changes in genetic interactions in five adipose tissue deposits during early development. Overall design: In order to identify changes in gene regulation with age, we performed a transcriptomic comparison between all 5 depots at 7 and 28 days of age. Thus, we determined the global changes gene expression signatures on Omental (OM), Perirenal (PrR), Epicardial (EpC), Subcutaneuos (Su) and Sternal (St) fat. To gain insight into how may change with age the gene expression in these fat depots, we identified functional modules of co-expressed genes using several different bioinformatics approaches, including WGCNA and gene ontology analysis.
