Whole skin RNA-seq from Hidradenitis Suppurativa patients treated with topical ruxolitinib

We performed a pilot trial of topical ruxolitinib treatment for mild hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). To better understand the effects of topical ruxolitinib on HS, we collected biopsy punches from lesional skin before treatment and after 16 weeks of twice-daily application of topical ruxolitinib cream (1.5%) and performed RNA-seq.
