Non-linear effects of Fontelis 20 SC (fungicide) on gut microbiota relate to changes in reproduction of Folsomia candida (Collembola)

These experiments were funded by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, Alexander von Humboldt Postdoctoral Fellowship. Using Folsomia candida (Collembola) as a model organism, we investigated the effects of Fontelis 20 SC on F. candida’s life-history, their recovery in a Fontelis-free environment, the impact on gut bacteria during and after treatment, and whether changes in microbiota can be related to changes in reproduction. The xlsx file contains the life-history data and the extracted mean microbiota data for the analysis. The Qiime2-analysis output and code.rar file contains the commands we provided to Qiime2 and the program's outputs. EC23_278.zip contains the sequences obtained from meta-barcoding.
