To explore metabolic vulnerabilities in lung cancer, relating to ketone metabolism Overall design: Next, we performed RNA-sequencing on TS and Adh cells, subjected to glucose limitations to map out common biological processes distinctive to respective cell type and to compare their gene expression profile when glucose is limited We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of both TS and Adh cell lines, with and without glucose limitation.
