RNA Sequencing FVB.B6 vs. CRYAB-R120G mutant mouse heart apex at 1,3, and 6 months of age

To investigate the transcriptional response to proteotoxic stress from CRYAB-R120G mutation in the heart with age, RNA sequencing of the heart apex was performed. RNA sequencing of the heart apex for FVB.B6 background and CRYAB-R120G mutant mice from 3 replicates of each genotype at 1,3, and 6 months of age followed by gene expression profiling analysis was performed.
